Wow-This Works!

Well, I have to admit, I have never been a fan of counting calories, but mostly because back in the day, you had to write on a piece of paper everything you ate, then try to look up its calories, etc. etc. and it was just too much of a pain in the rear to deal with. This site, MyFitnessPal.com, really makes it so easy for me, that there's no reason for me not to log things. In fact, I know when I'm not logging things, it's because I know I haven't been a good girl that day
Counting calories has really shown my how many needless calories I consume everyday. I am always hungry, therefore always eating. But now that I know that I have to log whatever I eat, it deters me from eating it! I never would have thought that would work, but it sure does!
I'm sort of at a sticking point right now, I've lost 7 lbs so far, and pretty much lost them right away. I fluctuate a bit, but I'm happy knowing that I haven't gained them back, even if it is a bit hard to lose those next 2 lbs or so. I know as soon as the next 2 lbs come off and I keep them off for a week, then the next 5 will be cake! Hmm, maybe not the best word to use here... just meant it will be super easy!
So overall, I'm very happy. When I lift my arms up, my stomach is actually really seriously flat, I don't have to suck it in to get that feeling. It's wonderful, I'm so happy. It's so easy to fall back into laziness or not caring, but whenever I start to feel like that, I remember this wonderful feeling and am completely re-charged!
Cheers and good luck to all!
