It's hard to give specific advice without knowing your preferences and goals, but I find that adding high nutrient but low calorie foods (veggies, many fruits, etc) to my diet helps to naturally reduce my portions of higher calorie choices because it helps with fullness. Plus, for me focusing on adding things is an easier start than trying to restrict (you still need to reduce your calories of course; I just find it easier to add low calorie foods and eat until I'm full than to slash portions across the board and be hungry all the time.)

What is your weight loss goal per week? That will determine your daily calorie allotment, which would make giving suggestions a bit easier.
I aim for (and sorely lack on many days) plenty of protein and fiber. I eat a lot of chicken, tuna, cottage cheese, eggs for protein. I attempt to eat more vegetables, beans, and fruits for fiber. Also-drinking plenty of water...especially if you're increasing fiber.
I find a lot of good recipes at Cooking Light and even on Pinterest.
