Hello everyone! I downloaded the app over and year ago, and didn't stay motivated. I'm trying to stay motivated this time, but as you all know this journey can be difficult. I purchased a Fitbit, and it has helped me to begin moving more. I stopped drinking soda and cut out fried foods. If anyone can offer any advice, please feel free. Thanks!!

I find that logging for a while without actively cutting helped me see what I was doing that didn't work. I looked at what I was consuming for a few weeks and then started making small changes from there. Making a huge, overarching changes all at once is a recipe for burn-out in my experience. Doing a little bit at a time, until the difference is all of a sudden quite staggering, was a lot easier.0
