Strength Exercises don't accumulate "points"?

I'm back at using map again and it seems to me that the exercise diary is different from when I used it before. It appears that the exercise database isn't well populated ( I couldn't find v sits, bosu ball exercises or Trx exercises.) also when I manually added a new exercise it didn't change my exercise numbers on my dash board. Do you not earn back calories via strength training?! Also there is no clean and jerks etc....
What is everyone using to calculate calories burned during their strength training?
