I'm Mary - A night eater - I like "myfitnesspal" food diary - Trying to drink lots of water - Needing to BOOST my exercise. I've not started my inside walking program yet. Just trying to get going on eating right again. (Yes, "again"! Lost 45lbs. and gained it back). I just may need to go to bed as soon as Jimmy Fallon's over in order to stay on track! Any encouragement is appreciated. And good luck to you!
