New to the app, about to start my fitness journey :)

I've only been using the app for nearly two days now, I frequent Genesis in Berwick, just yesterday I signed up for a weekly boot camp and fortnightly personal training sessions, all I need to do is perfect my meals and I think I'll be headed in the right direction

    Thanks! :) Just finding easy veg meals and balancing calories is hard haha I'm used to eating a little more than what the app is allowing, I just need time to adjust I guess :D

    Welcome. It takes time. Remember it isn't a sprint it is a marathon. You can do it but go slow. The app is really good to help you balance your calories. You can plan out your entire day with it and it makes eating a lot easier. Hang in there, you got this!

    Yeah I've been taking it slow at the gym without proper diet, so this should help heaps :)
