Yes all three levels for the 30 day shred are on YouTube. Just search jillian michaels 30 day shred. I do it every morning, I did order the dvd to have it though.0

I think w3 is insanely hard! Sore legs today from the duck walk things.I have been working out 6 days a week for 4 months now with Jillian DVDs, and it was still a struggle. It's a lot of fun though. I have never done 6w6p so I can't comment on that. RI30 reminds me of the shred a lot, I think w3 is tougher than l3.0

I've done quite a few of her workouts over the last 18 months. If anyone needs support, help, or info, send me a friend request. Let me know you're a Jillian workout person because I don't typically accept friend requests unless I know the person IRL.

Are each level of ri30 same as 30ds in terms of time? I did 30ds for more than the thirty days - loved it felt great. then fell off the exercise wagon when I'd completed it. It's like I need to do everyday no rest days, as one rest day became two0
