    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Gave my father a great Father's Day <3
    What would I have done differently? Drank more water, not eaten 2 slices of cake, & got more sleep
    What is today's personal goals? Drink water, go for a walk outside, make a green juice
    Mood today? ;) but very tired

    Sun- No good choices really but today will be better! Got to stay positive!!!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, I told myself I would eat in moderation. Yeah, that went out the window.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Accounted for all the calories I consumed, even though I was 1000+ calories over my limit.

    What would I have done differently? I wish I would have ate half of everything during Father's Day.

    What is today's personal goals? Day 6 of my strength exercises, it's a 30 day challenges of lunges, crunches, push-ups and squats.

    Mood today? Really crabby. My kids are a bit more needier than usual today. No wonder I used the excuse for so long, kids are definitely something that take my time away from exercising. But I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.

    Sun - Even after a rough day of eating, I jogged a mile and got in my walk with my Husband and kids.

    Mon - My Father's Day cheat day was just that, I didn't continue today!

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Left my apartment early to walk a mile to a farther-away train station

    What would I have done differently? Run one more mile in my evening run, have one less glass of wine

    What is today's personal goals? Keep nutrition/calories on point, go to HIIT class at lunch, go to swim practice this evening.

    Mood today? Tired! But good

    Sun - 6 mile run, 4000 meter swim practice
    Mon - 45 minute bootcamp, 5 mile run
    Tues- (goals!!) 45 minute HIIT, 3000 yard swim practice

    It took me a long time to lose my weight but it really kicked off when I changed my routine. I do more weight exercises now.

    It's really hard!!! I have the exact same issue. I look in the mirror and will my body to get to the size I want it to, and it's super frustrating to keep up the daily grind and see slow (but steady) results. The only thing I can do to help myself is think of the size I started and think about how I'm already lighter than that. Also reminding myself that I'll never hit my goal unless I keep up with the consistent daily work.

    One day at a time, one meal at a time, one workout at a time. We'll get there.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? No, my Yoga class was not open when I got there, bummer.
    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Got back into the swing after being off for a week.
    What would I have done differently? My water intake was not where it should be
    What is today's personal goals? Still putting laundry away after vacation so I hope to walk today.
    Mood today? :| Have had better days.

    Sun - Up at the cottage and walked 40 mins.
    Mon - travelling home from cottage, no exercise
    Tues- Laundry and trying to catch up.

    What is today's personal goals? squeeze in some exercise but doesn't look good but I cooked.
    Mood today? pretty good glad to see everyone old and new, Last week I prepared all the dry ingredients of my oatmeal breakfast for 2 days of the week ahead. On Tuesday and Thursday I put the fruit, milk and egg into the packs of dry ingredients and made a mug cake/muffin? for a better alternative to my usual breakfast on the run.

    Hello ladies, going away again for a week of sailing our boat. Leaving tomorrow but will have my tablet to report
    on the Newsfeed. I hope things calm down soon so I can get back to entering on this thread again. It
    keeps me accountable. No scale on the boat, scary. I will track my exercise everyday and any news.

    Enjoy your long weekend and I hope to be back soon. Happy 4th to all my American friends.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? A lot! I logged on MFP, I walked last night to get to 8000 steps, and did stairs at work
    What would I have done differently? less carbs
    What is today's personal goals? log my food on MFP, get a walk in (8000 steps), do stairs every time I use the restroom
    Mood today? better

    I will be resetting my MFP weigh scale in the Fall and start again. Summer has been
    tough with food challenges and being away so much.
    I am still here, just checking every once in while to see if anyone came back.
