Anyone wanna add me? I'm new and I'm going to start out on the 1200 calories as I'm very sedentary and somewhat on the smaller side. I'm not looking to lose much more than 10-15 lbs ( even though I set my goal to 20). I am welcoming of all with all different kinds of goals. My main goal is to eat healthier, sleep more and overall live a healthier and happier life. If you're a positive person and you're looking for friends on here add me. My stats are 5'9 and 140 ish lbs. If you have similar stats add me as well. I am not concerned much with the weight as I am with my overall health as I know I have terrible habits! >:(

    I'm the same way when it comes to terrible habits! I'm working on changing my diet slowly but surely!
