What's the difference between "light" and "vigorous" effort

I'm not sure ever how to classify what I'm doing.
What sorts of chores would you put into each?

I'm more concerned with if something like folding laundry or cleaning dishes...light chores, would even burn enough calories to qualify.0

Yeah, I suppose you're right, but sometimes there are days where these are the only things I get to use as workout, and I do things for more than an hour or 2.0

the only time i put vigorous is when im mopping or washing windows (im 4'11)
or if afterwards im like PHEW
but anything like dishes or sweeping i classify as light0 -
