This recipe sounds like it would be spicy but it is not as spicy as you think. I have made it as is and with less red pepper flakes both were really good. The leftovers are great in salads or with cream cheese, shallots and capers on crackers.

Salmon with Hoisin Glaze and Spicy Snap Peas- this comes together so fast, if you can find an excuse not to make it, you don't deserve to enjoy the deliciousness! http://www.myrecipes.com/recipe/salmon-with-hoisin-glaze0 -

Bake salmon with basil pesto spread on top. Steam broccoli florets and smother it with a f#load of butter topped with slivered almonds, crushed black pepper and sea salt. Wild grain rice on the side. And wine. Done.0

I marinate mine in a little bit of soy sauce and sesame oil. No more than 1/2 tbsp of oil and a few drops of soy for a 1 lb piece. I sear it on the BBQ until flakey and serve with maple syrup drizzled on top.0
