My nutritionist recommended that I track every bite/sip religiously on here as part of an emergency attempt to get out of Morbidly Obese status.

Googled calorie counting sites...then I noticed the INSANE amount of traffic on the forums that are mostly women wanting to lose weight, so this place is a playful prankster's wet dream...

I didn't know it existed until Tim, a guy who regularly comes to our geek club commenting on my Facebook, recommending it when I posted a status discussing the results of a study which showed that people who log their food intake are better at weight control. At the time I was two weeks in to keeping a pen and paper diary.

Not knowing what to expect I popped in for a look and have been hooked and successfully logging and losing ever since. That was five months ago.

Tim, strangely enough, seems to be the same weight or bigger. He believed so strongly in it that he persuaded me, but for some reason it didn't work for him *shrugs*.

Searched the Amazon App store for something that I could track fitness with, this looked good so I bought it.

Learned about it in a personal trainer course. I used old school method (pen & pad) but recently decided to give this a shot.
