A wake up call

I stepped on the scale this morning and nearly cried. I've been avoiding it. I've been doing the 21 day fix workouts for over a month but not really logging my food... Now, it's go time. I've got two kids, and a great hubby. And I'm putting my health and my self esteem back on top of the list. Every damn day. Planning my meals... And excersise every day. Anyone want to join me in my attempt to lose 30 lbs by Christmas?
