I still have 20 more pounds to go. It seems like it goes so slowly! I have been trying to get in shape for 4-5 months now. I have lost 38 pounds so far. What I have changed: I eat between 1150-1350 calories a day, drink only water, (with occasional decaf coffee and other beverages as a special treat) eat lots of protein and work-out everyday. For exercise, I walk, jog, do circuit training and weight training DVD's and stationary bike. I love Jillian Michael's DVD's! I still have 20-30 lbs.
