Logging interval training and circuit training

So I have been doing some interval training, walking 5 minutes, then running 2, then trying the other way, walking 2, running 5. Does anyone else do this? And if so, how do you log it into MFP and still be accurate? Also, I have been doing a circuit training of sorts, kinda like at curves, only not timed. It is at our local college, so there is a trail around the whole thing, and different stations spread out with 3 or 4 diff machines to work on. I do my best for this workout to jog from each station, and spend 3 to 5 minutes at each machine. Any ideas what would be the best way to log this? I have just been using the circuit training and however long it takes me to do them total. Any ideas would be appreciated and helpful!

Or, calculate your average mile time and log it as either walking or running at that average pace and time time spent doing that.0
