Has anyone tried or currently using Herbalife? I started the 3 day starter kit on Monday and I don't know if I should continue with it. If you used or currently using, how did or do you feel about the product?

Never used it, but if it is anything like the other meal replacement shakes, then I have tried a few and they are all the same thing.
Short term weight loss, you can't have meal replacements for the rest of your life, you learn nothing about food and your own body, weight goes back on.
Calories in vs. calories out. That's it for weight loss. MFP is an excellent tool for tracking this and you have the freedom to choose from every food on the planet - you just monitor how much.0 -

It's been around a long time, has been linked to liver damage, and costs a fortune.0

This would be a good opportunity to learn to use the Search function here and read the zillion threads on Herbalife and how it's a bad multi-level marketing scheme.

Herbalife has declared bankruptcy here in Canada and they are in the midst of closing up stores. On the west coast they are still in operation but don't know for how long. Do a search on the internet and see what you can find out, not sure if this is also happening in the States. I wouldn't be spending any money on their products at this time.
Add Note: I just did a search and I can't find the article I only read 2 days ago, but I would still be careful before spending money.0 -
RUN. (Really, search previous threads about it, get on a calorie deficit and lose weight the safe way.)
If you don't know how to do that, ask and we will help.
But stay away from Herbalife!0 -
My sister used it.
She did lose weight, yes, but it got so boring after a couple of weeks, that she quit, started eating again and gained the weight back, and some more.
I suggest not to do it. Keep the money and spend it on other and useful things0 -
I used to do Herbalife, but I realized meal replacements are bad for you. I eat real food now like Fruits, Vegetables, Whole Grains, Organic Chicken. Plus, I STILL felt Hungry after Herbalife meals.0

I used to sell that when I was 19. Don't remember much about it now but at that time I lost around 5 lbs in about a week trying out the shakes. I think the company went downhill ever since the owner died several years ago. I would suggest you track your food and log everything. Save your $$0

If you actually read and researched the ingredients in Herbalife...no good. Stick to Whole foods - fruit, veggies, water, non processed foods, etc.0
