I am hourglass I just got too much sand0

I'm a blend of Mesomorph and Endomorph according this test http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm.
Naturally strong, responds quickly to exercise, hour-glass shape (also with too much sand - ha!), short limbs, thicker bone structure, body fat relatively evenly distributed.0 -
I am supposedly the perfect blend of endo mesomorph.. Not very tall though,but broad shoulders,big thick wrists and forearms,big rib cage and chest.. Jst the hip bone part is endomorphic.. :')0

Somatotyping is a myth. The method was developed by a psychiatrist based on peoples behaviors and not by a physiologist. Even "experts" in this claim NO ONE is a true description of the main three but several different mixtures of all of them. Go figure.

FYI MOST women are pear shaped. Be grateful! Having our fat around our hips and not our waists, protects us from heart attack!

I lost all my weight eating more carbs than anything else. Most of them at night because I was 16:8 fasting for a long time.
I used to be an hourglass but then I lost 70 pounds and am now pear shaped.0 -

I am totally endo, I notice when I lift weights I lose faster with a couple HITT workouts a week and I gain fast and lose slow, 40%protein 30%carb and 30% works for me. Stick with your diet 90% and10% cheat. I also have a under active thyroid. Thank god I love my veggies.

I used this test but I wasn't sure what to enter for chest measurement. I wasn't sure it they wanted bust (around the breasts) or just below the bust (under the breasts)?
If I entered my bust measurement I got Mesomorph and Endomorph.
If I entered just below the bust I got Mesomorph.
