    Hi I'm about to start again! I'm 45 live in England and have 2 children, I am great at doing the exercise but not so good with my food! Let's do this!!!

    Hi im from Wales in UK and on day 3. Struggling with my weight since having to take HRT for early menopause. Gained nearly 14lbs in 4 months :-( id love to be part of your group for some support and motivation, any tips would also be appreciated. Keep up the good work guys :)
