This morning was my weigh in day and when I stepped on the scale I felt two emotions at the same time...hurray and oh s**t....
I after one year of using this tool, strict diet and a lot of exercise and sacrifice have met my goal weight...it seemed impossible for so long and now I made it.

What now?

I have learned my body and how to loose weight, what works and what does not. I have it down to a science...so now how do I maintain?

Today I will keep doing what I always have done for the last year and tomorrow I will start my maintenance routine, whatever that is I will have to learn trial and error, what I can and cannot do to keep all those lost pounds from sneaking back to me one by one.

I feel the challenge just now got harder!

    I can relate. My goal was much smaller, 8 pounds, but one month later I'm wondering how I stay motivated and stop obsessing over what I eat.

    My maintenance goal of 1700 calories seems indulgent when you've been living on 1300. That's a whole extra meal!
