    Ehhh you're not gonna see much support for shakes and supplements here. It's not a good long term solution and that's what most of us are looking for :/

    Nope, sorry, personally I prefer chewing my calories.

    I have a crap ton of Lean Shake since my husband works for GNC. They taste good and are great for days when I know I'm going to have a big dinner/alcohol and really want to make sure my calories during the day stay in check.

    I think they are great for a protein supplement, but not a meal replacement if that is what you are asking??

    I've had them and thought they were ok until I tried Plant Fusion. Best stuff on the market as far as I'm concerned. I mix it with some Green Vibrance and it's a meal replacement. And delish!

    Tastes alright, not a bad level of protein vs calories but I find it very over priced.

    I like the taste of the rich chocolate lean 25. Its filling and good on the go.
