Just starting my journey all over again and needing some support and motivation. I am a mother of one extremely active 6 year old boy and I would like to be able stay active with him. I have been very active on this site in the past and used it loose 55 pounds! That was the best I felt in a long time and I had energy for days. Over the past two years, I have been playing musical scales: I have slowly gained majority of that weight back, lost some of it, and then gained again, grrrr, It has been a constant battle! During that time I became pregnant with a second child and gained even more weight. I lost him to a miscarriage at 5 months and the depression that came after that was a hard one to overcome to where I didn't care if I lost weight or not. I know I am not alone with that feeling, as miscarriage happens to so many women, So I'd love to have some support and motivation from all you strong ladies out there. I have a fairly sedentary office position now, and I am having trouble finding the time for exercise and need help and motivation to get myself back on track. I use to enjoy exercise but now it feels more like a chore, help! I could really use some friends to help me get those pounds back off again! For good this time!

    My baby was born with chromosomal anomalies and died at 2 months old. That's why I gained my weight back too; I just didn't care anymore. Lots of alcohol and comfort foods. Add me if you'd like :)

    Bless your heart! That is so difficult, it is hard to care about anything else than that, I added you! We can support each other :)
