4 days in...

4 days in on mfp. I'm a newbie. I feel healthier just by being in here for the 4 days and counting calories etc. I do have a long way to go with weight loss (140 lbs to lose) but I'm happy and thrilled with any loss at this point. It's taken me a long time to get my motivation and willpower back but I'm thrilled it is back :) feel free to add me....I can use some supportive friends on this journey :).

    Welcome! Take it one day at a time, one foot in front of the other. Expect stumbles (lord knows, I've had enough of those to tumble down a mountain) but the important thing is to get up, brush yourself off, and move forward. You've got this.
