    I'm transitioning to vegan. Right now I'm at vegetarian with some egg and dairy, but I am moving away from those as I gain more kitchen skills. I just bought Isa Chandra's cook book, Isa Does It, and made the Glam Chowder this past weekend. Oh, boy, was it YUMMY! My husband and friends loved it, too. That was my first time making a cashew cream. This week I'm making her Summer Seitan Scramble and using her Cashew Queso to make burritos. The Glam Chowder and the Scramble are also on her website, and maybe the Queso. I don't remember right now.

    Problems with veganyumyum.com? I've been trying to use her site for three days and it appears to be hacked. Anything I click on except the front page has X-rated junk on it. I sent her a tweet but haven't heard anything. Has anyone else experienced this?
