30 day shred

Hi has anybody done 30 day shred twice a day, did you see results quicker?? my holiday has suddenly sneaked up (3wks) and I would like to tone up a little to feel a little more comfortable in the bikini!!

    I was pretty in shape when I did the 30 day shred, and I did it 30 days straight. I dont think you need two times a day, and it might be a bit much, especially if you are running or doing anything else with it. Its a great program though!! I only lost a few pounds but by body changed as if I lost 20.

    I only did it once a day which was enough. I saved my energy for other activities that I enjoy.

    How do you track the 30 day shred workout when adding it to exercise??

    I wore a HRM and plugged that in. But if you don't have one, I would log it under "circuit training" and eat back only 1/2 of the calories.
