I finally did it! After 5 kids.

All my life I have been "chubby". My higest was when I was pregnant with my first and got up to 220 pounds. Iam 5'6" and usually hovered around the 160 mark. February of this year I decided it was time to make a change and got yet another gym membership. I started February 6 at 163 pounds. I started out doing a bit of weights and a lot of cardio now it is the other way around. Exactly 6 months later and I weigh 114 pounds and am fit. I have lots of energy and feel great and can keep up with my small kids. I never thought I would get to my goal. Iam proud of myself.

114 pounds is at the lower end of a healthy weight for my height, I was told by my doctor.....and I am actually 5'5.5'' but I like to round up
I make sure to make time, my gym has a daycare and my husband stays home with them when he is here since he works in a different province. I love the feedback, you are all awesome!0 -
Way to go! I'm at 154lbs right now and hoping to lose another 25 at least. Just taking it one pound and inch at a time!0

You will get there! Iam still nursing our youngest but only at night before bed and in the morning. I eat 1200 calories a day- it is all clean. Lots of chicken, fruits, vegetables and protien powder. I only do 10-15 minutes of cardio a day- I like the rowing machine. And another 30 minutes of light weights.0 -

Thats all you can do, I felt like giving up lots cause I wasnt losing fast enough but I have hung in this long now- you will too. Good luck0
