    If you're trying to shrink the fat or skin there, exercises don't target either of those. To learn more, google "spot reduction myth".

    To build up the muscle layer so it's bigger, reverse crunches and the ab wheel.

    If you have a balance ball lie on your back with legs spread hold the ball in between them by your calves or ankles, keep your legs straight and lift the ball with your legs tightening (concentrating on) lower abs while raising the ball an inch or two off the floor.
