form suggestions.

I just got back to lifting after a hiatus and I feel so tight. Unsure if it's from lack of stretching, lifting or what but I feel its throwing my form off and it just feels...weird. Like somethimg is really like--off. Unsure what I'm doing wrong. Can you see my form and offer suggestions?

It's not showing up. Try warming up with DeFranco's Agile 8 or Limber 11. You can find it on Youtube. It should help with flexibility and tightness.0
