How do you know your gaing muscle and not fat and water weight when you step on the scale?
You can check your body fat by using a pair of callipers but also go to your local gym or GP. It will show whether you have a lot of fat on or water weight and depends if you use supplements like creatine monohydrate etc which are meant for retaining water0 -
Creatine just pumps water in your muscles right? But also adds strength0
