I'm looking for people who are active (work out regularly) and visit MFP regularly. More importantly, do you eat right and log your food and share your diary? I'm looking for food ideas, so I like to peek at what others are eating.
Myself, I workout almost every day 5-6 times a week. I do HIIT style workouts and I mountain bike and hike. I try to eat real food (less processed or take out). I do enjoy some beer and pizza on occasion as well. I admit, I log my food a lot less than I could/should. Maybe 3x a week.
If you're a healthy eater, exercise regularly, and log your food, please add me.

Mike, I'd say I could have wrote that post...I'm just getting back at mfp...., I have a history of being really active (and not so active) so I could use some encouragement too...as for the food diary, I'm eating a lot of paleo meals....and some "if a cave man found it he'd eat it meals too;) I'm really trying to cut out the processed stuff.
I've opened my diary to share with friends...if you think we could cheer each other on than feel free to add me...just don't judge the beer and ice cream!0
