is it normal to lose then gain then lose?

I've been eating right and active nit ALOT of working out but active to the point i sweat, I was 187 now I'm 184 but I don't have a scale to weigh myself again but it seems like I gained it back idk maybe it's just me, my stomach will be 35 inches then 37 /:

Yes, fluctuations in weight are normal. Part of the process. The scale goes up and down all the time, for almost everyone.
Losing and gaining multiple inches is not normal, especially with a three pound loss. Is it possible that when you measure, you drape the tape differently, have a slightly different posture or something? I'm thinking, since measurements are so commonly done differently, that maybe it's measuring error and not actual inches being gained and lost.0 -

Yes, daily, up to five pounds. This speedy fluctuation is not fat gained and lost. More important is to follow the trend line over time. Lots of time.0

And female weight fluctuations with monthly cycles are common too.0

Scale fluctuations of a few pounds are totally normal. Losing and gaining big chunks of weight is common for many people. Not ideal, but it happens.0
