tofu, beans, lentils, chickpeas, yoghurt, milk, cheese, eggs, chicken, pork, beef, fish, prawns, spaghetti, wholegrain bread, pita bread, vegetables, nuts, seeds.
Foods that don't contain much protein: cakes, potato chips, soda, chocolate biscuits, chocolate cake with icing.0 -
Just said this in another post, but Greek yogurt with a half serving of protein granola has become my need-to-log-more protein snack.0
