Congratulations, so inspired by your post! I am always looking for success stories that relate closer to my own weight loss goal/height/age.
I am 45 years old, same height but, about 150 pounds to lose. Started my journey last week and going strong but, it is good to look through these posts for positive motivation to keep moving forward.

Thank you so much. I was getting discouraged because I'm at a plateau...I get weighed in on Monday, and I want so badly to be below 200... As of today, I finally broke 204 (203.6)...
