My health has gone on a steady decline and I REALLY need to pull my head from where it's lodged! I have set a goal to start small but strong with over 100 pounds to lose. 30 minutes of walking for 6 days a week. I will be amping it up from there also! Please feel free to friend me! The more I have to answer to, the more I'll stay on track!

    Hi! My name is Heather! It's nice to meet you! Sounds like we have the same goals and could use accountability in each other. We can do this! My problem is I like to eat but I'm not very active and I have a sedentary job. I need to reduce calories and exercise more and drink more water - and detox my system. I start something well but sticking with it is my issue! Hopefully we can be a help to each other!
