On MFP it says that i need to eat 1400 calories a day to lose 2lbs per week for my weight/height.
I have tried 3 other calorie calculator websites and between the 3, they tell me i need to eat 2200-2500 calories!
I am so confused!
HELP!

MFP doesn't figure in exercise to your calories. Other websites compensate in their numbers for exercise. That may be one of the differences. At least that was my experience with other sites.0

The 2500 calories are to maintain your weight. The 1400 MFP gives you is to lose 2 pounds a week. The difference between MFP and other sites is that MFP sets you up for weight loss before exercise and then gives you more calories when you exercise. Other sites give you calories it needs to maintain and then you exercise to burn the fat.0
