In 2012 I weighed 183 pounds(83 kg). In 2013 I started exercise and diet for about 3 months and my final weight was 158 pounds(71 kg). Unfortunately, I am almost back to my old weight, I weigh 169 pounds(77 kg) Which is not good! I am looking for any support friends so we can give each other tips and encourage each other on this journey! WE CAN DO IT :):#:D:tired_face:

    I had the same issue as well, I was 100 pounds (I am rather small ) so is not crazy to be that weight for me . Now I am almost to 130ish pounds . I personally don't feel healthy and I started doing this app and went down to 123 in 2 months but I stop and now I'm back at this again to see if I can reach my goal.
    Hope we can both find good motivation :)

    Im supposed to weigh 120 pounds and i wanna reach that goal ! Hopefully :)
