Anyone want to join me doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer program (start this week)

Hello,
So the idea is anyone who wants to do the FULL 12 weeks of Jamie Eason's LiveFit trainer program (just google it and you can get the full program for free from Bodybuilding.com) at the same time I do and help push each other along, support, discuss etc
This is purely for the exercise side of the program, I have an eating plan that works really well for me and I really need the motivation to stay consistent for a full 12 weeks, but of course chatting about what/how we are eating is part of this thread too. If you also want support and someone to ramble to when the going gets tough, this is what I'm starting this thread for
Now a little about me - I'm 29, currently 75kg, 9 months ago for my wedding I was 66kg and since then have just become very loose with my eating. I always exercise and have no issue with getting to the gym, it is my second home, but without a strong goal in mind the junk and excess food made a permanent move into my life. coupled with a 6 week full break from the gym whilst travelling through europe for our honeymoon and i am needing a really distinct CHOICE in my life to get back to 66kg or less.
Summer is on the way, 12 weeks from now will bring us smack bang into the start of November, right on track for a long HOT summer

I just started on Monday - today was shoulders and abs for me... and I'm definitely feeling it!0

hey! haha me too, I did the should/abs workout this morning too
it isnt the most intense one ive done but i promised i would do the FULL program from start to finish and i am enjoying the build up because I remember how intense it gets in the last few weeks! hehe
we are moving house this weekend so im pretty happy ive got 3 days rest now cause i would have struggled to fit a workout in while moving house haha
its really nice to know someone else is doing this, tell me a bit about yourself and your goals if you would like to?0
