C section mom here ! My birth canal is too narrow for vaginal birth so am unable to deliver naturally ( sorry if that's tmi )

Here's what I did to lose my weight and tighten everything back up. For weight loss it comes down to calories in - calories out. Eat at a deficit and you'll lose weight. Don't pay any attention to fads , fancy shakes , and woo science. Remember its about calories.
    1 buy a food scale
2 weigh everything you consume , seriously everything!
3 log it all here to be sure your actually eating at a deficit.
4 start a lifting program , Google something like nrolfw or strong lifts. You'll thank yourself later for starting a strength training program now !!

Good advice thanks. I'm a c-section momma not once, not twice, but three times.

You can do it ! Use the search function and you'll find tons of threads where c sectiom moms have lost all their weight and have 6 pack abs now ! Some have went on to compete in bikini competitions! So it can be done ! :)
    Calorie deficit to lose weight
Strength training to look sexy and not flabby !
