    Anything with mince will work and is freezable so chilli or bolognese. I also do a chilli with chunks of beef, slow cook it and then freeze. Or a chilli with turkey mince.

    Also, have a look at the bento box thread or get yourself a bento box recipe book because you can make all the different components and freeze them.

    Something that works for all meals is a frittata, you can make this ahead of time and freeze or it keeps in the fridge for a couple of days. I usually put sausage, bacon and tomatoes in mine or bacon and spinach - I think whatever you've got that needs using up really!
