Best satiation/calorie ratio foods?

I'm looking for foods that are the most satiating to eat, taste good and possibly have an overall low calorie impact. Does any of you have experience with these?

That is the talk of the boards. People do not agree on the perfect ratio.
Are you also looking for something easy to prepare?0 -

in my experience:
water
celery
carrots
boiled vegetables in general
apples
Watermelon
"protein fluff" (google recipe)
tuna fish
sardines
grilled chicken breast
so basically...high water content, high fiber, high protein foods

Thanks @vadimknobel this helps a great deal! @RodaRose preparation time is not really an option. I'm just looking for foods that satiate your hunger for a relatively long time.0

This is not a short answer and I apologize for that.
I am mostly vegetarian, getting protein from beans, lentils, eggs, dairy, nuts. I avoid the tradition carbs of rice/bread/pizza because I am getting enough carbs and fiber in the beans. Some days I have no fruit. Other days I have one or two servings of fruit. I do eat low cal veggies like Romaine lettuce, green beans, bell peppers, cucumbers, yellow squash. Also I get 45 grams or more a day of oil. If I am short at the end of the day, I eat my walnut or coconut oil from a jar with a spoon. I do this on a 1300-1400 calorie day. You have more calories to work with.0 -

Zero-fat Greek yogurt flavored with protein powder. Two cups with 32 grams of powder is less than 400 calories and keeps me full for quite a while.0

There is no answer that fits everyone, tastes vary a lot and so do schedules. Someone might find large salads both tasty and filling, someone else will be happier with lots fruit, a third poster will suggest eating a protein based diet and a fourth saving your calories for a pizza.0

@DeguelloTex thanks! That's a great idea! @aggelikik That's exactly what I'm looking for. Variation, different viewpoints and lots of ideas.0
