Heyyyy im the same hight, 140 pounds (10 stone 1) but want to get down to 8stone 112 pounds, I work out loads love spinning classes everyday weights walking cycling, I need a push to get last of my weight off have lost just over 5 stone, add me and we can get motivated0

I have no idea what I actually weigh since I weigh myself at night. I'm normally 117-121 at night, so I'm probably 115 lbs. I have no goal weight, just looking to get stronger.0 -

I am 5"3 started at 127, current weight 121, goal 112 but I will see what 115-116 looks like. Going on holiday in two weeks to all inclusive 7 star luxury. Not going to work out or count calories while I'm there so the more I lose before the better.0

I'm trying to get down 60 lbs ..... I'm[/b]I'm 5'3", lost 57lbs so far. Now at 129lbs and trying to get between 112-119lbs. Feel free to add me!Wow, looks like I need to be following all of you!! I am 5'2" SW 204, CW 167. I would just love to maintain around 150lbs. Which yes I know is still over what I should be but I've always been bigger and feel that if I would get down to 110-120 I wouldn't be myself. Over the last month or two I haven't seen much change on the scale. I am running a half marathon the end of September, so I do a long run at least 2 days a week and also do kickboxing and weight circuit training both 2 days a week. I kind of know where my problem is - yep getting back to eating more clean. I've been slacking. Would love to find some friend for extra motivation:)

5'2" here, also! I work out almost every day, mostly cardio (walk, swim). Anyone can add me, I like to have people on my FL with similar stats.0

Hey I'm 5ft2 and 128. Was at 120 and happy but random wacky leg injury/illness has been going on for the past 3 1/2 months and I can't exercise, and I tend to eat my emotions, so I've put some back on. Add me, I could use the motivation given how limited my options to drop the weight are right now!0

Hiya shorties! I'm 5'1" and 105-110 (I like brownies lol) welcome to new friends. My max weight was 120+ Doesn't sound like a lot but you all know how adding 5 lbs on such a short person really shows. I try to maintain activity of some sort each day and eat healthy 80% of the time.0

Hi shorties I'm 5ft1.5in and I'm at 181. Lost to 166 last fall and the let it go too far again. I think my ultimate goal is 140 but right now i just want my body to stop hurting. And I want to hike more often to the top of taller mountains. GSMNP is only an hour 1/2 drive from home. I love the mountains and hiking to the top is a great feeling.0

Hi there! Shout out to all the short girls trying to reach their weight loss goals! So glad I found this group
I'm 27, 5 ft 2 in and 140 pounds....I'm also a stay at home mom, so the weight gain has been slow but steady.
My goal weight is 115, which is what I weighed three years ago. Currently logging my calories/macros thought My Fitness Pal app and also using C25K app, Map My Run app and am a week in to Jillian Michaels Beginner Shred DVD.

Add me!! I'm 29, 5'2 and I was at 150 a month ago, now I am at 140! I want to get down to 110-115, some where between there. I was 111 2 years ago then I just got lazy and gained weight like crazy! I am just tired of seeing my body this way, so I've decided to get serious! Having friends on here helps me stay motivated. I do still cave into my weaknesses and eat sweets, which I am trying to stop, and I know I can but its just gonna take a little more time.0
