    It is possible to make amazing progress with little more than portion control and content awareness. I've lost 75 pounds in 14 months with minimal light to moderate exercise. It doesn't take a lot of time. It does take knowledge and care.

    I'm trying T25 because of time. There are quite a number of programs that are fairly short you can do. P90X3 is 30 minutes. You can look up 30 minute workouts on YouTube or Fitness Blender.

    Then you can use this app to watch calories or do something like weight watchers online.

    Eating less takes less time. Would be good to make a little time for exercise too though.
