I just went to lunch at my favorite restaurant. I asked for nutritional info and they sent me to another location. I went desperatly wanting to stick to my calories today! I learned that my favorite strawberry salad was 1120 calories! OMG no wander I couldn't lose weight before!! I'm on day three! keep going ladies!! We can do it!0
