Day 5, hoping to lose around 12 pounds and improve fitness. UK.

Lately I found that some weight has crept on. Looking to lose 12 pounds and get fitter. Need to change my attitude to food and red wine (ouch!!!). Would be great to find some like-minded people for motivation :-)

    I love my wine too. I am trying to work the calories in so I can keep having a glass a night. Good luck to you!

    Could you explain that one to me when you figure it out? I never seem to have enough calories left over to drink anything other than the ocassional glass of milk.

    My app told me off today for coming in too many calories under goal! I'm being told off by my iPad! Anyway I thought I'd have an extra glass of red just to shut it up, but felt guilty so had 25g of nuts instead. It's a sad way of life :-(
