So I had a baby 3 months ago. I gained 38 pounds. I'm currently down to 146 which means I've lost 24 pounds. For the last month I've been stuck going between 144 and 146. I can't seem to get the last bit of weight off and it's starting to get depressing.

    More info is helpful, unless you are just venting. What is your age and height? How many calories are you consuming? How sure are you about your intake (how to you measure your food?) How active are you?

    I consume around 1300 calories a day. I started at 130 before I was pregnant. I'm in my 20s. I'm 5'6". I usually scan bar codes if I'm eating something that has them. If not, for breakfast I usually use measuring cups since I eat cereals. The rest I sort of guess at how much I think I'm consuming.

    try using a food scale.

    When you're closer to goal your diary needs to be more accurate to lose weight. Time to get a food scale - weigh all solids, save those measuring cups for all liquids. Use the recipe builder for any recipes you're making rather than picking something generic out of the database. Be sure you're using accurate entries. Stop the guessing.
