holiday weightgain!

I have been on holiday and thoroughly pigging out for an entire 7 days. Haven't thought about dieting or weightloss one smidge and I didn't care - till I stepped on the scales this morning! Was expecting a gain, but not of that size! I's time to get back on it but its not gonna be easy - ive stretched my stomach beyond belief and am kinda starting to regret my complete pigging out! one cannot expect to eat pasties and burgers and cakes every day and not gain weight though, so I dont know what i was expecting!

I am tempted to update my weightloss ticker to my new ( and heavier) post holiday weight, but with a bit of control and a lot of water intake ( plus its also my TOM now ) that will go soon, and im wondering if its a necessary action to make.

any comments or similar experiences? please give me a nudge in the right direction!

    I know its a while ago ... but did you get back to pre holiday weight?
