i started my weight loss journey from 8 dec 2013
its been almost 1 year 8 months still going hard at it but wanted to share my achievement.
i know in the picture i am not shirtless reason i am not there yet still have to loose 20 pounds..
i tried every thing 6 small meals and fasting...
i got good results with fasting....
so you guys should give it a shot.......
