Um...nothing?
Weight loss is not linear. You are not going to lose every week.
How long has it been since you've lost any weight?0 -
I stopped losing weight 2 weeks maybe or week and half0

Don't worry about it. Could be water weight, hormones, anything. Like I said...weight loss is not linear. Sometimes, despite our best efforts, the scale does not cooperate. Then you'll step on the scale one week and have a "whoosh"--a big weight loss all at once.
I have MFP set for me to lose .5 a week. The last couple of weeks...nothing. This week? 1.4 lbs gone.
Just make sure you're accurately weighing/measuring and logging your food.
Good luck!0 -
You are sooo nice0

You've had good advice, try not to sweat it too much. If you have exercised more or had more salt it can do it, the littlest thing can effect it. Then you step on the next week you have lost an awesome 2lb or more.
Just keep eating at your target calories and it will come off0 -

Give it time. Lots of people lose in whooshes. You may go four or five weeks losing nothing and then drop 4-5 pounds in a week. Hang in there.0

2 weeks isn't very long when it comes to this weight loss thing
Recently my weight went up 2.5 pounds, despite no change in calories, and stayed there for nearly 2 weeks straight. I had TOM as well as eating out more often to thank for that jump. It finally backed off, and I may have lost another pound, too, so bonus!
Stick with this for at least 4 weeks. If you haven't seen any change at all after 4 weeks, then it's time to look for why you aren't losing, starting with checking your logging.
If you aren't using a food scale, picking one up can be a huge help. Weighing solids and semi-solids (like peanut butter and yogurt) will help ensure you're logging accurately.
You don't have to go out and buy a scale right this second if you're not using one yet. Just stick with what's been working and tough it out for at least 2 more weeks.
You've got this!

The food scale helps ensure you're accurate, much more so that if you're just using measuring cups/spoons. I like using mine so I've got a really good idea of how much I'm eating - means I can go out to eat and worry less about the portions there not being as exact.
This video illustrates the difference really well.

Make sure your weighing and logging is accurate and just keep going. Today is the first day I have registered a new low in about a month. I got a little too in love with salty snacks, while still being under my daily goal, and ended up retaining about 8 pounds of water. It happens. Just keep going.0
