I have now cancelled my knew replacement surgery and may be able to defer bilateral hip replacements by losing another 30. This program has been a life saver, my job saver, health saver, and I am so very grateful!

    Thanks. My surgeon is just delighted too. I had no idea carrying the weight was such a strain on knees. Now I am doing 4-5 km walks with just a cane.
