Hello,
I just started with this website, I have been a jogger for years but my weight has not changed in about a year and I really want to lose 10lbs. I recently went GF due ti sinus issues and I already was dairy free. Does anyone have any good suggestions for healthy, low calorie GF, dairy free lunches?
Thanks for your help.

An omelet is a good option and you have it filled with stuff you love also to make it even lower calorie you can use one egg and one egg white.0

My favorite gluten-free lunch is to heat a sprouted corn tortilla in a non-stick pan (dry), then I add warmed pinto beans, and top it with veggies, such as shredded lettuce (or cabbage), carrots, and zuchinni. I also usually add some tomato salsa (or even fresh tomatoes) and a little avocado (for some good fats).0

I too have just started gluten free diet.... it has been challenging but I am learning to love things I used to hate.... I gotta say best lunches to hold you over to dinner are fresh veggies and fruits.... that is my fav....0
