New starter

Hi
I am looking to lose 1.5st I am 10st 1lb and am 5ft 1. I've been on WW for a month and only lost 4lb. Any suggestions on daily caloric intake and any other tips? Thank you!

    A pound a week is about where you should be losing, so the amount you're eating is good.

    Put your info into MFP, aim to lose .5- 1 lb a week.
    Get a food scale and measure everything you eat and drink. Log as accurately as you can.
    Exercise is good for you.
    Nothing too complicated, just stay within your goal and you will lose the weight.
